These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EntityIntent platform and related services (the "Service") provided by EntityIntent ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EntityIntent is an AI search visibility platform that enables businesses and agencies to audit, track, and optimize their brand presence across AI-powered search engines and assistants. The Service includes citation tracking, gap analysis, content optimization tools, and monitoring capabilities.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

• The Service offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
• Annual subscriptions receive a discount equivalent to two months free.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Contact us for refund requests.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to paid features until your current period expires.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond our provided APIs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Resell access to the Service without our prior written consent (agency white-label features excluded).
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.

• The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by EntityIntent and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (brand names, URLs, prompts).
• Reports and analysis generated by the Service are licensed to you for your business use.
• You grant us a limited license to process your submitted data solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
• AI search platforms may change their behavior, which can affect tracking results. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntityIntent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated visibility data and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee specific search engine outcomes or business results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EntityIntent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
