How we compare AI visibility platforms
This page explains how our EntityIntent comparison pages are researched, what sources we rely on, and how often we review them — so you can judge the comparisons for yourself.
When the tools were reviewed
Every comparison shows a “last verified” date. The current review cycle was completed on July 16, 2026. We re-check pricing and features at least quarterly because these platforms change plans and functionality quickly.
Which plans and sources we use
We compare the publicly published plans of each product — the tiers, prices, prompt limits, domain/brand limits, and headline features listed on the vendor’s own pricing and product pages.
Where a figure has varied across a vendor’s public pages, we say so and recommend confirming the current amount directly with the vendor before purchasing.
Which AI platforms we consider
EntityIntent tracks visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI experiences. When we describe a competitor’s coverage, we base it on that vendor’s stated supported platforms at review time.
How we decide “best fit”
We do not score every minor feature. Instead we focus on eight to twelve decision-making categories that actually change a buying decision: starting price, free option, brands/domains, prompt allowance, AI platforms, website audit, competitor analysis, content recommendations, content creation, and agency reporting.
We then map those categories to realistic buyer scenarios — a single local business, a consultant with a few brands, and an agency managing many clients — because advertised starting prices rarely reflect real total cost.
Why every page states where the competitor wins
Each comparison includes a clearly visible section describing where the competitor is genuinely stronger. A comparison that claims one tool wins everything is not trustworthy, and it would not help you make a good decision.
Hands-on testing versus published documentation
Product capabilities are drawn from hands-on use of EntityIntent and from each competitor’s public documentation and pricing pages. Where a claim comes from documentation rather than direct testing, we keep the language factual and avoid overstating it.
How often we review and correct
These comparisons were produced by EntityIntent and written by The EntityIntent Team. We review them at least quarterly and update the “last verified” date when we do. If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, contact us and we will correct it.
Disclosure
EntityIntent produces these comparisons. We aim to be accurate and balanced, including where competitors are stronger, but you should always confirm current pricing and features on each vendor's official site before making a purchase.
